What we collect
Your name, email, telephone and delivery address when you order; the products you view, search, save and buy; and your registry details if you create one. Nothing more.
How we use it
To process your orders and registry, and to personalise what we show you in the shop. Personalisation is first-party only — it never leaves our systems and is never sold or shared with advertisers.
Marketing consent
Marketing and recommendation emails are switched off until you turn them on in your account. Order confirmations, registry notices and other service messages are separate and always sent.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your bag. We store your recently viewed items in your own browser so the shop feels familiar when you return. You can clear this at any time from your account.
Your rights
You can download everything we hold about you, clear your browsing history, unsubscribe from all email, or ask us to close your account and erase your records — all from your account settings.
Registries
A public registry shows only the couple's names, wedding date, welcome message and the gifts they have chosen. Purchaser names stay hidden when a guest chooses to keep their gift a surprise, and contributor details are never shown publicly.
